Why we do What we do.

We do what we do simply because we love Jesus. And, since we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, in obedience to His instructions, we want to please Him and Glorify Him. The Lord continues to build His Kingdom on earth, and we’re honored that we were chosen to be a part of His plan and His process. Our instructions are clear – “Build Me a National Choir and Go pull my people out of the world.” This is what we aim to do – minister in song to a lost and dying world and usher them into a life in Christ Jesus.

HOW IS THIS ACCOMPLISHED:

We accomplish this by traveling from venue to venue in the National Capital Region (NCR) to minister to God’s people. Starting in the District of Columbia, and the surrounding areas. We’ll eventually move across the nation and ultimately internationally. Always returning to our home base – the NCR.

This takes drive and this takes commitment – to living a righteous life and living free from the bondage of sin. We’re serious about what we do. So, if you have the gift of music (singing or playing an instrument) and you sense that the Lord is leading you to join us in ministry, count the cost. Although we believe your share is important, necessary, and sufficient we want you to make sure you’re also serious and ready to fully commit to ministering to a lost and dying world.

The Leadership

The Leadership of our National Choir consists of a Minister of Music and 2 Music Directors – Vocal and Instrumental. These collaborate to create our distinct “sound” and ensure the vision of ministry is wholly carried out.

The Choir

Our National Choir sings utilizing formal voice parts – Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass. Therefore, new choir members are required to undergo voice assessments upon entry to ensure placement according to their voice parts.

The Musicians

Our National Choir may be accompanied by our National Band and/or Orchestra. Our Band Members play by ear, but our Orchestra Members use scores. As such, new musicians must also undergo assessments for proper placement.

Please Note: We are a non-profit organization and a volunteer ministry.
